Hard to stand straight, painful to raise a leg or even lie down flat and in some positions. Pain in the lower abdomen. Painful when sneezing, coughing, or sitting up from bed.

Dry needling with a light shock into the muscle solved this for me🇵🇸🇮🇱🇯🇲🫵 you can have this done at your local physiotherapist.
Trash exercise. There are way better ones to do rather than these.
